Roger Anderson, Managing Director, Vastint Poland said: “We are glad that we were able to earn the trust of such prestigious companies. This illustrates that our Business Garden complex, developed in compliance with the standards of LEED certification, meets all the needs and expectations of the most demanding tenants. The decision by both companies to relocate to Business Garden confirms the project’s strengths, such as being well-served by public transport, an extensive services infrastructure as well as advanced technical and telecommunication solutions providing its users with comfortable working conditions.”
Business Garden Wrocław is being constructed at Legnicka Street, in the vicinity of the shopping and leisure centre Magnolia and Mikołajów railway station, not far from the city centre. Ultimately, the complex will comprise nine office and retail buildings with a total leasable area of 117,000 m2. In addition to a restaurant pavilion located in the garden, the complex will feature a number of other amenities for tenants, including but not limited to a medical centre and a kindergarten. Recently the complex achieved Certificate LEED Platinum.
Piotr Poprawski, VP, Head of Capgemini’s Software Solutions Center, said: “We create advanced IT solutions that require a broad and deep knowledge of technologies. Areas our staff are focused on include virtual reality, mobile apps and IoT. Creativity, precision and courageous thinking are all a must in this job. I’m pleased that our new office will provide both a very comfortable working environment and a place in which to relax. This will certainly translate into a friendly and creative atmosphere.”
“Becton Dickinson’s decision to move its operations to Business Garden shows the increasing trend present among companies from the business services sector for consolidation into new office locations. SSC/BPO centres – along with their structural development and strengthening of their positions on the market – are moving to modern, flexible office buildings which provide them with an opportunity to expand in the future as well as being a positive feature for them during recruitment processes”, explains Katarzyna Krokosińska, Head of Wrocław Office, JLL.
